When you leave any Personal Information on our Web site, you can be assured that our company is the only one who will use it. We do not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute any information from our Customer database.

Emails we receive from you

When you send us an email you provide us with your name, email address and any other information you provide in the body of your email. This information may be shared with persons outside Linguasoft Inc. if and only if they are required to receive this information in order to respond effectively to your query. Linguasoft Inc. retains all email correspondence indefinitely.

Emails you receive from us

Your email address, if you provide one, is stored in our Customer database.  If you leave the email address blank, or erase it, you will NOT receive any more email from us. If you provide a valid email address, it will always be used to communicate with you, when and only when necessary.

Credit Card Information

For obvious security reasons, we do NOT save your credit card information.  Soon after your transaction completes, regardless of whether it succeeds or fails, the credit card information is deleted from our system. This ensures that your credit card information is not at risk if our server were to be defective, hacked or otherwise compromised.
